- 2 tbspsugar
- 3 tbspplain yogurt
- 3 tbspolive oil or melted butter
- 1large egg
- 3 Β½ cupsall-purpose flour
- 1 tspsalt
- 2 tbspmelted butter (for brushing)
- Optional: minced garlic, chopped cilantro
