No-Bake Mini Banana Cream Pies – Easy & Delicious

  • 1 1/2 cupsgraham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cupmelted butter
  • 1/4 cupgranulated sugar
  • 1box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cupscold milk
  • 1/2 cupwhipped cream
  • 3ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1/4 cupcaramel sauce(optional for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the Crusts: Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a mini muffin tin, creating small pie crusts. Place in the refrigerator to set while preparing the filling.
  3. Make the Pudding: In a large bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes. Let the pudding set for 5 minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. Combine the Pudding and Whipped Cream: Fold in the whipped cream to the pudding mixture until fully incorporated and smooth.
  5. Assemble the Pies: Once the crusts have set, spoon the pudding mixture into each crust, filling them almost to the top.
  6. Add the Bananas: Arrange banana slices on top of each mini pie. Optionally, drizzle with caramel sauce for extra indulgence.
  7. Chill Before Serving: Refrigerate the pies for at least 2 hours before serving to allow them to set.
