Description
Delicious no-bake truffles made with mascarpone, coffee, and chocolate for a tiramisu flavor.
Ingredients

- 200g mascarpone cheese
- 100ml strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 200g dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 50g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Cocoa powder for coating
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Stir in the cooled coffee until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped dark chocolate.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
- Roll the balls in cocoa powder to coat.
- Refrigerate for another 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
These truffles can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso.
