Description

Delicious no-bake truffles made with mascarpone, coffee, and chocolate for a tiramisu flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g mascarpone cheese
  • 100ml strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 200g dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 50g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder for coating

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Stir in the cooled coffee until well combined.
  3. Fold in the chopped dark chocolate.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  5. Scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
  6. Roll the balls in cocoa powder to coat.
  7. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

These truffles can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso.
