A comforting casserole made with chicken, rice, and creamy soup, baked to perfection without peeking.
Ingredients

- 1 cup uncooked long-grain rice
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup water
- 1 package (1 oz) onion soup mix
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- In a 9Γ13 inch baking dish, mix the rice, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, water, and half of the onion soup mix.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them on top of the rice mixture.
- Sprinkle the remaining onion soup mix over the chicken.
- Cover the dish tightly with foil.
- Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes without peeking.
- Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
