Description

This ultimate one-pan comfort dinner features sausage and potatoes seared in a skillet with caramelized onions and herbs for a hearty meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian sausage, sliced
  • 2 lbs potatoes, quartered
  • 2 onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 10 minutes.
  3. Add garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper; stir for 1 minute.
  4. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add quartered potatoes and cover; cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes
