Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface into a large circle.
- Arrange the sliced pears, crumbled blue cheese, and chopped hazelnuts evenly over the pastry, leaving a border around the edge.
- Fold the edges of the pastry over the filling to form a wreath shape, pinching to seal.
- Brush the wreath with the beaten egg and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
