- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed and cut into 12 squares
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Fresh thyme leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wrap each piece of Brie with a square of puff pastry.
- Brush each wrapped piece with beaten egg.
- Press chopped pistachios onto the egg-washed pastry.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Drizzle with honey and garnish with thyme if desired.
- Serve warm.
