These delightful Pistachio-Crusted Brie Bites combine creamy Brie cheese with crunchy pistachios for an elegant appetizer that’s perfect for entertaining. Wrapped in puff pastry and baked to golden perfection, they offer a warm, gooey center with a satisfying crunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) wheel of Brie cheese, cut into 12 pieces
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pistachios
  • 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed and cut into 12 squares
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Fresh thyme leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wrap each piece of Brie with a square of puff pastry.
  3. Brush each wrapped piece with beaten egg.
  4. Press chopped pistachios onto the egg-washed pastry.
  5. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and puffed.
  7. Drizzle with honey and garnish with thyme if desired.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes
