- 1 loaf sourdough bread
- 8 oz Brie cheese, sliced
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 4 tbsp garlic herb butter, melted
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Score the sourdough loaf in a pull-apart pattern without cutting all the way through.
- Stuff the slices with Brie cheese and cranberry sauce.
- Brush the entire loaf with melted garlic herb butter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
