Description

A rustic sourdough loaf transformed into a pull-apart delight, stuffed with creamy Brie cheese and tart cranberry sauce, then brushed with garlic herb butter and baked until golden and melty.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf sourdough bread
  • 8 oz Brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 4 tbsp garlic herb butter, melted
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Score the sourdough loaf in a pull-apart pattern without cutting all the way through.
  3. Stuff the slices with Brie cheese and cranberry sauce.
  4. Brush the entire loaf with melted garlic herb butter.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For best results, use homemade cranberry sauce and fresh herbs.
