Ingredients

- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, use frozen banana instead of fresh. Adjust sweetness with more or less maple syrup.
