- 1 banana, frozen and sliced
- 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender: pumpkin puree, frozen banana, almond milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, maple syrup (if using), and ice cubes.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more maple syrup.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, use frozen ingredients or add more ice. This recipe serves 2 small smoothies or 1 large one.
