Ingredients

  • 4 large apples, cored and halved
  • 4 ounces Brie cheese, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Optional: Fresh thyme for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. Place the apple halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  3. Stuff each apple half with slices of Brie cheese.
  4. Drizzle honey over the stuffed apples and sprinkle with cranberries and cinnamon.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until apples are tender and cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving, garnished with fresh thyme if desired.
