Description

Ingredients

  • 4 large apples, cored and halved
  • 4 ounces brie cheese, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the apples by coring and halving them, then place them cut-side up in a baking dish.
  3. Stuff each apple half with slices of brie cheese and fresh cranberries.
  4. Drizzle honey over the stuffed apples and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute brie with a dairy-free alternative. Serve warm for the best flavor.
