- 4 large apples, cored and halved
- 4 ounces brie cheese, sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the apples by coring and halving them, then place them cut-side up in a baking dish.
- Stuff each apple half with slices of brie cheese and fresh cranberries.
- Drizzle honey over the stuffed apples and sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute brie with a dairy-free alternative. Serve warm for the best flavor.
