Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients: Rinse salmon fillets and pat dry; peel and devein shrimp.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat with melted butter. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  3. Add shrimp, seasoning with salt and pepper; cook until pink (3-4 minutes).
  4. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet, season, and cook undisturbed until golden brown (5-6 minutes).
