- 8 oz baby Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F and grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded Swiss cheese, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of each bite.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and set.
- Allow to cool before serving.
