Description

Delicious bite-sized cheesecakes made with baby Swiss cheese, perfect for appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz baby Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded Swiss cheese, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  4. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of each bite.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and set.
  6. Allow to cool before serving.
