  • 2 tablespoons Thai chili sauce
  • 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground chicken and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  3. Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the shredded carrots, bell peppers, and green onions, stirring well.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and Thai chili sauce, and cook for 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  6. Spoon the mixture into lettuce leaves and garnish with fresh cilantro.
