Ring in the holidays with this savory twist on cranberry sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup coarsely chopped celery
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Unroll both cans of dough; separate into 16 triangles.
  3. On ungreased large cookie sheet, arrange triangles in circle with points toward outside of cookie sheet, overlapping slightly.
  4. Place 1 tablespoon cheese on shortest side of each triangle.
  5. Mix remaining cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, pepper, turkey, cranberries, celery and parsley; spread on shortest side of each triangle.
  6. Roll up shortest side of triangle over filling; roll to point.
  7. Bake 21 to 26 minutes or until golden brown.
