Description
An easy and delicious slow cooker version of the classic beef and broccoli stir-fry.
Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs beef chuck roast, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cups broccoli florets
Instructions
- Place beef in slow cooker.
- Mix broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and oil; pour over beef.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Add broccoli in the last 30 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with water and add at the end.
