- 1/2 cup soy sauce

- 1 pound broccoli florets

- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine beef stew meat, beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until beef is tender.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add broccoli florets to the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to make a slurry, then stir into the slow cooker to thicken the sauce.
- Serve hot over rice.
