Description

A flavorful slow cooker chicken dish infused with garlic and herbs, perfect for an easy weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
  2. Add the minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper on top of the chicken.
  3. Pour the chicken broth over the mixture and add the sliced onion.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is tender.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy.

Notes

For a thicker sauce, remove the chicken and whisk in a cornstarch slurry before serving.
