- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, sliced
Instructions
- Place the chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
- Add the minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper on top of the chicken.
- Pour the chicken broth over the mixture and add the sliced onion.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until chicken is tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, remove the chicken and whisk in a cornstarch slurry before serving.
