- Add warm water and olive oil, then knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each into a ball.
- Roll out each ball into a flat circle and cook on a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until puffed and golden.
Notes
