Description
A tangy and spicy sauce made with fresh cranberries, jalapeños, and a hint of ginger. Perfect for holidays or as a condiment.
Ingredients

- 4 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- 1. In a saucepan, combine cranberries, jalapeño, sugar, vinegar, ginger, and salt over medium heat.
- 2. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, until cranberries start to burst.
- 3. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, until sauce thickens.
- 4. Remove from heat and let cool. Store in a jar in the refrigerator.
Notes
Adjust jalapeño amount for desired spice level. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
