- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 cup hummus

- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine minced garlic, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and olive oil to make a marinade.

- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- While the chicken cooks, prepare the salad by mixing sliced cucumber, hummus, fresh cilantro, and lemon juice in a separate bowl.
