Description

A fusion dish featuring spicy Korean flavors with melted cheese on tender chicken.


Ingredients

  • 500g chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang paste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, mix gochujang, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and coat evenly. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  3. Place marinated chicken in a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
  5. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

Notes

For a spicier version, add more gochujang. Serve with rice for a complete meal.
