A fusion dish featuring spicy Korean flavors with melted cheese on tender chicken.

- 500g chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 2 tablespoons gochujang paste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, mix gochujang, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and coat evenly. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place marinated chicken in a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
Notes
For a spicier version, add more gochujang. Serve with rice for a complete meal.
