- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cherry tomatoes, halved for garnish
- Fresh parsley or rosemary for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add the chopped artichoke hearts, drained spinach, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let flavors meld.
- Shape the mixture into a wreath on a serving plate, forming a ring with a hole in the middle.
- Garnish the top with halved cherry tomatoes and fresh herbs to resemble holly and berries.
- Serve with crackers, bread, or veggies.
Notes
