Description

A festive holiday appetizer shaped like a Christmas wreath, featuring a creamy spinach and artichoke dip inside a cheesy ball topped with cherry tomatoes and fresh herbs.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved for garnish
  • Fresh parsley or rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Add the chopped artichoke hearts, drained spinach, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let flavors meld.
  4. Shape the mixture into a wreath on a serving plate, forming a ring with a hole in the middle.
  5. Garnish the top with halved cherry tomatoes and fresh herbs to resemble holly and berries.
  6. Serve with crackers, bread, or veggies.
