Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • 4 ears of corn, roasted
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season steak with salt and pepper, then grill for 5-7 minutes per side.
  3. Roast corn on the grill for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. In a blender, combine cilantro, sour cream, and garlic; blend until smooth.

Notes
