Tender bites of steak cooked in a garlic butter sauce and tossed with creamy Parmesan shell pasta for a hearty meal.

- For the Steak Bites:
- 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For the Creamy Garlic Parmesan Shell Pasta:
- 12 oz shell pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- For the Steak Bites:
- 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
- 3. Add the steak bites to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- 4. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute.
- 5. Add the cooked steak back to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- For the Creamy Garlic Parmesan Shell Pasta:
- 1. Cook shell pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- 2. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- 3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- 4. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- 5. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- 6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
- 7. Stir in the steak bites with any pan juices.
- 8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Can be made ahead and reheated. Adjust spice level with red pepper flakes.
