Steak Bites with Creamy Garlic Parmesan Shell Pasta

Description

Tender bites of steak cooked in a garlic butter sauce and tossed with creamy Parmesan shell pasta for a hearty meal.


Ingredients

  • For the Steak Bites:
  • 1.5 lbs beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the Creamy Garlic Parmesan Shell Pasta:
  • 12 oz shell pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. For the Steak Bites:
  2. 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. 2. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
  4. 3. Add the steak bites to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  5. 4. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute.
  6. 5. Add the cooked steak back to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  7. For the Creamy Garlic Parmesan Shell Pasta:
  8. 1. Cook shell pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  9. 2. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  10. 3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  11. 4. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  12. 5. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  13. 6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
  14. 7. Stir in the steak bites with any pan juices.
  15. 8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Can be made ahead and reheated. Adjust spice level with red pepper flakes.
