- 8 oz flank steak, sliced into thin cuts
- 1 package (9 oz) cheese ravioli
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the cheese ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced steak cuts to the skillet and season with salt and pepper; cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
- Reduce heat to medium and add the minced garlic and butter to the skillet; stir until the butter melts and garlic is fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the cooked ravioli and fresh spinach to the skillet; toss everything together until the ravioli is coated in the garlic butter sauce and spinach wilts, about 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese if desired; serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, use fresh ravioli if available. Pair with a light salad for a complete meal.
