Description

A flavorful stir-fry combining tender steak, succulent shrimp, and fresh vegetables with noodles.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz stir-fry noodles
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok over high heat.
  3. Add the sliced steak and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook for another 2 minutes until pink.
  5. Stir in garlic, onion, and bell pepper, cooking for 2 minutes.
  6. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, mixing well.
  7. Toss in the noodles and stir until everything is combined and heated through.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier version, add chili flakes or fresh chili.
