Description
Delicious bell peppers stuffed with a flavorful rice mixture, baked to perfection.
Ingredients

- 6 large bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cut off tops of bell peppers and remove seeds.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned.
- Stir in rice, tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff mixture into peppers.
- Place in baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
Notes
Serve hot. Can be made vegetarian by omitting meat.
