Description

These individual Thanksgiving Charcuterie Cups are perfect for holiday gatherings, filled with festive flavors like cranberries, pecans, and cheeses. Easy to assemble and a crowd-pleaser!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cubed cheese (like cheddar or gouda)
  • 1/2 cup of mini salami slices
  • 1/4 cup of dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup of chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup of grapes
  • Fresh thyme sprigs for garnish
  • For the cups: 12 small clear cups or mason jars

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cups: If using mason jars, wash and dry them thoroughly.
  2. Layer the ingredients: Start with a layer of cubed cheese at the bottom of each cup.
  3. Add salami: Place mini salami slices on top of the cheese layer.
  4. Incorporate fruits and nuts: Add dried cranberries, chopped pecans, and grapes to each cup.
  5. Garnish: Top each cup with a sprig of fresh thyme.
  6. Serve chilled: Refrigerate until ready to serve, or serve immediately.

Notes

These can be assembled up to 4 hours before serving. For a vegetarian version, omit the salami. Adjust quantities based on cup size.
