Ingredients

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Arrange phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
  3. Fill each cup with 2-3 halved tomatoes and 1-2 mozzarella halves.
  4. Bake for 5-7 minutes until cheese is slightly melted.
