- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups broccoli florets, finely chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix broccoli, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each shell with the cheese mixture and place in a baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the shells and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
