Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons truffle oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Gradually whisk in milk and cook until thickened.
  4. Remove from heat, stir in cheese until melted.
  5. Stir in truffle oil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Combine with pasta and serve.
