Instructions

- Whisk in the flour to create a roux, cooking for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
- Gradually whisk in the broth, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
