For the Crust:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add sliced chicken, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook until chicken is fully done, about 6-8 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 20 seconds.
- Divide cooked chicken evenly among tortillas. Top with shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and a dollop of sour cream.
- Fold the sides of the tortillas inward and roll tightly to form wraps. Serve immediately.
