- 1 cup buttermilk

- 4 burger buns
- Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Marinate chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
- Dredge each chicken breast in the flour mixture, ensuring full coating.
- Fry chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain on a wire rack or paper towels.
- Toast burger buns lightly if desired.
