For the Crust:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Spread 2/3 of the batter into the prepared pan.
- Beat cream cheese, Nutella, and powdered sugar until smooth. Drop spoonfuls over the brownie batter, then swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly soft. Cool completely before slicing.
