Ingredients

  • 1 cupstrong brewed coffee (cooled)
  • 1 tablespoonvanilla bean paste
  • 1 cupmilk (any variety)
  • 2 tablespoonssugar or sweetener (adjust to taste)
  • 2 cupsice
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew your favorite strong coffee and let it cool completely.
  2. In a blender, combine cooled coffee, vanilla bean paste, and sugar until well mixed. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired.
  3. Add milk to the blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Add ice and blend until you achieve a slushy consistency.
  5. Pour into tall glasses, top with whipped cream if desired, and enjoy!
