Scale

  • 2 apples, cored and sliced

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  2. Toss the sliced apples, pears, and grapes with olive oil, honey, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Spread the fruit mixture on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until fruits are tender and caramelized.
  4. Place the Brie wheel on a serving platter and top with the roasted fruits.
  5. Bake the assembled Brie in the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is soft and gooey.
