Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- Toss the sliced apples, pears, and grapes with olive oil, honey, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the fruit mixture on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until fruits are tender and caramelized.
