Description

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) wheel of brie cheese
  • 1 cup fresh figs, halved
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 2 ripe pears, cored and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Place the wheel of brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, toss figs, cranberries, and pears with olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Arrange the fruit mixture around the brie on the baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 15-20 minutes until the fruit is softened and the brie is warmed through.
  6. Remove from oven and garnish with thyme sprigs.
  7. Serve immediately with crackers or bread.

Notes

For best results, use a good quality brie. Adjust roasting time if fruits are not tender.
