- 1 cup fresh figs, halved
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 2 ripe pears, cored and sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh thyme sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Place the wheel of brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In a bowl, toss figs, cranberries, and pears with olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the fruit mixture around the brie on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes until the fruit is softened and the brie is warmed through.
- Remove from oven and garnish with thyme sprigs.
- Serve immediately with crackers or bread.
