For the Crust:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, honey, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Using an electric mixer, whip the mixture on medium-high speed for 3-4 minutes until light, fluffy, and well combined.
  3. Transfer the whipped butter to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld before serving.
