For the Crust:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened butter, pumpkin puree, honey, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Using an electric mixer, whip the mixture on medium-high speed for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
  3. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
