Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium bowl, combine softened butter, pumpkin puree, honey, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Using an electric mixer, whip the mixture on medium-high speed for 2-3 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
