A refreshing and creamy grape salad with a hint of sweetness and crunch.

For the Crust:
- 2 lbs seedless grapes (red and green)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Rinse the grapes thoroughly and pat them dry. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Add the grapes to the cream cheese mixture and gently fold until all grapes are evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Just before serving, sprinkle the chopped pecans and brown sugar over the top.
- Toss lightly and serve chilled.
