For the Crust:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup peach pie filling
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in milk and vanilla extract until a dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread peach pie filling evenly over the surface.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 8 equal pieces.
  7. Place each piece into the muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  8. Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
