Boursin Cheese Pasta with Broccoli

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz pasta (such as penne or fusilli)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Add broccoli florets during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Reduce heat to low and add Boursin cheese, stirring until melted. Gradually stir in heavy cream until smooth.
  4. Add cooked pasta and broccoli to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly with the sauce.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
