A creamy and flavorful pasta dish featuring Boursin cheese and tender broccoli.

For the Crust:
- 8 oz pasta (such as penne or fusilli)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 (5.2 oz) package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Add broccoli florets during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to low and add Boursin cheese, stirring until melted. Gradually stir in heavy cream until smooth.
- Add cooked pasta and broccoli to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly with the sauce.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve warm.
