  • Author: Trusted Blog

Description

A rich and flavorful pasta dish with tender beef and a creamy garlic butter sauce, all cooked in one pot for easy cleanup.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz pasta (such as penne or fusilli)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large pot or deep skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if needed.
  2. Add butter and minced garlic to the pot. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, then stir in the dried oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes (if using). Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Add the pasta to the pot, ensuring it is fully submerged in the liquid. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Cover and cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and the sauce has thickened.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
