- 2 cups cubed peeled butternut squash
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place squash in a 9-inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine maple syrup, butter, cinnamon, and salt. Pour over squash and toss to coat evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven until squash is tender, about 50 minutes, stirring halfway through.
