  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 2 cans (10 oz each) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cream of mushroom soup, milk, tuna, peas, and cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add cooked noodles to the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the casserole.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
